But it can also be prepared anytime to taste. AALU MONJ   OR    TIL MONJ Aalu Monj is every Kashmiri's favorite street food . Its taste has done wonders on kashmiri people both of urban and rural areas. it is made with potatato flakes added with pepper, flavoured colours and then shared with chatni or suace.  MATTAR or ( KARR) It is made same as Aalu Monj but the taste differs.
